Oceanside, CA–A woman reported missing in Oceanside last month was found dead at the bottom of cliffs near a rest stop off Interstate 5, authorities said Wednesday.
Oceanside police found Sara Otero’s vehicle Tuesday at around 3 p.m. near the rest stop at Vista View Point. After an extensive search of the area, officers located Otero’s body.
Foul play is not suspected, according to authorities. The San Diego County Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
