Ballin’ at Belmont to benefit Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation

San Diego, CA–Sports San Diego, producers of the Rady Children’s Invitational, announced a new fundraising basketball-themed event called Ballin’ at Belmont.

National University will present the event which will benefit Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation.

The event will be held on November 18 at Belmont Park in San Diego.  

Participants will be dribbling basketballs through Belmont Park while raising funds to support the Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation. After winding through the park attractions, the course concludes at the Beach House, where a post-event breakfast and program will be held. And once the game clock hits 11 a.m., all Ballin’ at Belmont participants can enjoy the park attractions against the backdrop of Mission Beach. 

Ballin’ at Belmont is a kickoff event to the Rady Children’s Invitational, a men’s college basketball tournament tipping off Thanksgiving Day in San Diego. The two-day Invitational will be played at UC San Diego’s LionTree Arena November 23-24, featuring the Iowa Hawkeyes, USC Trojans, Seton Hall Pirates, and the Oklahoma Sooners.
