Rancho Coastal Humane Society Pet of the Week: Eden

Eden

By Gina Yarbrough

Encinitas, CA–Rancho Coastal Humane Society’s Pet of the Week is Eden.

Eden is a lively 2-year-old domestic short-haired cat with a calico coat. Weighing in at 7 pounds, this petite adventurer is currently seeking a loving family to share her playful spirit.

Eden’s journey to the Rancho Coastal Humane Society began as a stray cat in Riverside County. Initially taken in by one of the society’s rescue partners, Eden found her way to the Rancho Coastal Humane Society through the assistance of Friends of County Animal Shelters when efforts to reunite her with her original home proved unsuccessful.

Eden has a penchant for exploration and play. Her youthful spirit makes her an ideal companion for a family eager to embrace the joys of feline adventures.

Her $100 adoption fee covers a medical examination, spaying, up-to-date vaccinations, and a registered microchip.

More information is available at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas or online at www.SDpets.org. The kennels and cattery are open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays through Mondays, and Wednesdays and Thursdays are available for visits by appointment.
