NCTD awards negotiating agreements for Carlsbad transit projects













































Carlsbad, CA–The North County Transit District (NCTD) Board of Directors voted January 19 in favor of entering into Exclusive Negotiation Agreements with West Village Partners, a partnership between Sea Breeze Properties, LLC and FABRIC Investments, Incorporated for the Carlsbad Village Transit Station Redevelopment Project, and Raintree Partners for the Poinsettia Transit Station Redevelopment Project.
